The Adelbrook Landscaper performs all duties required to maintain the property, grounds, and vehicles owned or leased in accordance with OSHA safety regulations, agency, licensing, and accrediting agencies’ standards. Reports to the Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Job Summary:
The Adelbrook Landscaper performs all duties required to maintain the property, grounds, and vehicles owned or leased in accordance with OSHA safety regulations, agency, licensing, and accrediting agencies’ standards. Reports to the Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under supervision and direction of the Maintenance Manager, maintains all agency properties, grounds, and vehicles used for such. This is a full-time, hourly position. Overtime may be offered/mandated.
Possesses specific knowledge in most of the following areas:
Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications:
Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and other service providers. Must have the manual dexterity, physical strength and stamina to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50lbs. Must be able to demonstrate exemplary attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-motivator and have the ability to work independently. Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is required. Must have a valid driver’s license. High school diploma is preferred.
